Current responsibilities
David is the market lead for retail leasing at JLL. In this role, David and his team help their retail clients plan, negotiate and execute strategies to expand and grow throughout New Jersey and New York. On the agency side, the team works with owners, investors and developers throughout the region to market and lease retail spaces.
Experience
David joined JLL in 2023 as the market lead for retail brokerage, based in their Parsippany New Jersey office. David has 13 years of experience in commercial real estate, entirely focused on retail brokerage throughout NJ, NY and CT. Prior to joining JLL, David was the head of retail brokerage for Cushman & Wakefield’s New Jersey office for 6 years. David’s experience also includes roles at Ripco Real Estate and Welco Realty. David holds a real estate license in New Jersey and New York.

Education and affiliations
David received his bachelor of science degree in business administration from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He earned the CoStar Power Broker Award in 2020, 2021 and 2022.
