David is a Senior Managing Director in the New York office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. With approximately 28 years of institutional real estate experience, he is a member of the firm’s National Retail Capital Markets team. Throughout his career, David has contributed to the origination and successful execution of over $13.0 billion of retail and office investment sales transactions, financings and advisory assignments. David has contributed to over $10.0 billion in retail transactions in 41 states.
