Current responsibilities:
David’s focus of experience revolves around representation of the foremost Institutional Landlords & national tenants, as well as local tenants, with their requirements throughout the Greater SF Bay Area. He actively assists with the retail leasing of asset’s owned by Essex Property Trust, Transformco, Seritage, Hudson Pacific, Deka, Equity Residential, Vanbarton Group, and more. As a member of the JLL retail team David, brings adaptability and creativity, from which he shows his irreplaceable endowments.
Experience:
Prior to being recruited into the JLL retail team David was an Associate at TRI Commercial, where he specialized in the representation of tenants and landlords with their sale and leasing requirements, focusing on the North I-680 corridor and greater East Bay. David joined TRI Commercial as a research intern where he helped cultivate an atmosphere that strives to make the youth core successful and comfortable with learning at an accelerated pace.
Education and Affiliations:
In May 2020, David graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies. His coursework included various disciplines, including Sociology, Public Policy, and City/Regional Planning. His senior thesis focused on the Housing Crisis plaguing California.
David was recipient of the Mary Dee Karp Memorial Scholarship for the Northern California CCIM Chapter. Named endowed scholarships honor those who have shown great dedication, commitment, outstanding achievement and service to the commercial real estate industry.
