Current Responsibilities
David Green is Senior Vice President responsible for new business development in the Tampa office of JLL. With 22 years of commercial real estate experience, clients benefit from David’s accomplished background in needs assessment and solution implementation. Since joining JLL in 2008, David brings considerable local market knowledge and expertise in complex deal structure to JLL’s Tenant Representation team.
Experience
David began his career learning the ropes as a commercial real estate salesperson with Grubb and Ellis, as an associate from 1997 to 1998. Soon after, he moved to Insignia/ESG, where his title was promoted to Vice President. During his time at Insignia, David received awards from Tampa Bay Business Journal - Land Deal of the Year Award and a Pinnacle Award winner as one of Tampa’s Top 5 Office Brokers of the Year. In 2003, Insignia was acquired by CBRE. David remained with CBRE and became First Vice President there, also winning NAIOP Broker Deal of the Year award.
Education and Affiliations
David is a graduate of University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. He is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Florida.
