Current Responsibilities
David (DJ) is in his 9th year with JLL, where he concentrates on representing portfolio companies in the delivery of multiple JLL service lines nationally and globally. As the account manager for multiple corporate users, DJ specializes in portfolio management, developing and implementing portfolio wide real estate solutions, and transaction management, navigating complex lease agreements for strategic locations.
Experience
In his time with JLL, DJ has delivered strategic portfolio and transaction management solutions, regionally, nationally and globally. In doing so, DJ has worked alongside corporate users on a variety of product types including, office, industrial, retail, and medical, completing more than 500 transactions across all major US markets. In 2019, DJ was a Top Achiever at JLL. In 2020, DJ was a Gold Achiever with JLL.
