Sr. Client Delivery Manager
Based in New York City, David Castro's primary role is as the Client Delivery Manager for JLLT’s Tracker and Property Hub application. Responsibilities include managing the operational requirements for these global applications, driving innovation and enhancements to ensure its stability, growth and maturity. He has an additional role as an Account Technology Manager for major financial services account.
Experience
Having been with the firm for over 20 years, Mr. Castro has experience spanning customer support to product management for a global application. He is experienced in customer training (web and in-person), writing of training documents, requirements gathering, project management, application migration, security audits and client account management.
He has extensive experience in working with clients to translate business requirements into technology requirements. He is also very experienced in working with development teams to deliver custom solutions within the various JLL application environments.
