David specializes in representing industrial end users and tenants throughout greater Houston. He leverages his expertise and internal resources to help his clients implement well informed real estate solutions that enhance their business.In particular, he supports his clients with location strategy, space & layout optimization, renewal, relocation evaluation and negotiation, process execution, and construction management.His professional, high-touch approach ensures that his clients are always taken care of no matter where they might be in the real estate cycle.
Experience
David brings 14 years of extensive insight to every business situation. Before joining JLL in 2014, he spent four years at Stream Realty where he was recognized as Rookie of the Year in 2011.
