David Biales is an Managing Director with JLL specializing in office leasing. David offers expertise in strategic consulting, acquisition and disposition of land and buildings, financial analysis, contract and lease negotiations.
Accomplishments
David has consistently been a Top 5 Producer for JLL in St. Louis, and a previous nationally known brokerage firm. He has been featured in Real Estate Forum magazine as one of 20 brokers for the Next Generation of
Leaders. David was also the recipient of the highly-coveted St. Louis Business Journal 30-under-30 award in 2009, and 40-under-40 award in 2018.

Since 2003, David has participated in over 750 commercial sale and lease transactions. His client list ranges from local to internationally recognized companies, which include the following industry types; financial services,
legal, banking, accounting, insurance, architecture, healthcare, energy, agriculture, advertising, non-profit, government, construction and development.
Education and Affiliations
- David is a cum laude graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia.
- His professional affiliations include Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), where he served as the St. Louis Chapter president in 2013.
- In addition, he previously served as president of Wyman Center YLB and as a board member for Commercial Information Exchange (CIE), Alpha Tau Omega, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Mizzou Alumni Association, and West County Community Church youth leader.
