Current responsibilities
David provides corporate solutions for occupiers of real estate, which includes consulting on the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets. He effectively uses his industry knowledge to help reduce his clients’ operating costs through disciplined real estate planning and negotiation. By leveraging all phases of the lease, purchase, and build-to-suit processes, David provides his clients with creative and intelligent solutions to their corporate real estate challenges.
Experience
David brings over 30 years of experience to the corporate real estate strategic planning. During his career as an exclusive tenant advocate, he has negotiated over 10.5 million square feet of lease transactions totaling nearly $1.8 billion in total consideration.
