Career summary
Dave is a Senior Director in the Carolinas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and specializes primarily in industrial investment advisory throughout the Southeastern United States. In this capacity, he represents and advises clients in the sale, acquisition or development of institutional industrial assets throughout the region. Additionally, Dave focuses on equity placement transactions within the industrial sector including joint venture equity and recapitalizations. Over the course of his career, Dave has been involved in closing more than $6.4 billion of transactions, totaling more than 59 million square feet.
Dave joined the Carolinas office of HFF in June of 2018. Prior to that, he interned at UBS Realty Investors, supporting the management of a $23.6 billion portfolio of multifamily, office, industrial and retail properties. Before that, Dave started his career as an intern with Seerfried Industrial Properties, a national developer of industrial real estate. Dave attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where he holds a B.S. in Finance from the Farmer School of Business.
