Current Responsibilities:
Based in Silicon Valley, David is a member of JLL’s Industrial Team. He focuses on creating exceptional outcomes for both companies and building owners operating in the industrial real estate space. David specializes in the leasing and sale of industrial properties and adds value for his clients by thinking from their perspective and utilizing all JLL’s services to help them make better business decisions. A focal point of David’s practice is advising clients involved in Industry 4.0, which encompasses the robotics, mobility, IoT, energy, logistics and manufacturing sectors.
Experience:
David began his career as an intern at CBRE in Sacramento while attending UC Davis. Upon completion of the internship program, David joined CBRE’s Industrial and Logistics brokerage team in Sacramento, where he spent the next 4 years advising clients in the leasing and sales of industrial properties in the Greater Sacramento and Northern California regions. While at CBRE, David was awarded the Rookie of the Year award for young producers among the company’s Sacramento, Roseville, Stockton and Reno offices.
Education and Affiliations:
David attended University of California, Davis where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics. He has led annual Broker Punt, Pass, Kick fundraisers benefiting local food banks and served as a board member for Cordova Recreation & Parks Foundation, which exists to raise funds for youth scholarships.
