Description
Danté is a Managing Director in the Philadelphia office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas, with over 15 years of experience in the multifamily housing finance industry. Danté heads JLL's affordable structuring team, responsible for working across business lines and with multiple capital partners to optimize financing solutions for affordable housing transactions.
Prior to joining JLL, Danté was with Berkadia Commercial Mortgage, where he most recently served as the Vice President of Product Originations. He worked directly with clients and capital providers to structure transactions geographically dispersed throughout the country. Before that, Danté worked as a Director with the Housing Partnership Equity Trust (now majorly owned by Lincoln Avenue Capital). He was responsible for authorizing equity investments for the acquisition of affordable/workforce housing properties in partnership with some of the nation’s leading non-profit affordable housing developers. Danté started his career as a Senior Asset Manager and underwriter with Fannie Mae’s multifamily mortgage business and worked for the District of Columbia’s Housing Finance Agency as a Senior Development Officer responsible for approving the issuance of tax-exempt mortgage revenue bonds and low-income housing tax credits.
