Daniel Reynolds is a Managing Director for JLL's Capital Markets group in Chicago with more than thirteen years of real estate experience. He is responsible for sales, marketing, business development and project management execution for the Land and Development Services (LDS) team. Dan is involved in highest and best use strategy development, real estate disposition and zoning and entitlements advisory services. Dan’s clients range from publicly traded companies to local private sector companies and non-profit organizations in the Chicago market as well as across the central region in the United States.
Dan has executed more than $600 million in land sales representing more than $5.0 billion in total project capitalization.
