Current Responsibilities
Danny Scheidler has quickly become an integral component of JLL's Indianapolis Industrial Brokerage Team. Prior to joinging the Indianapolis office, Danny worked in JLL's Chicago office where he has represented corporations in the site selection, market analysis, and negotiations of acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing of commercial and industrial real estate.
Danny is focused on client relationship building, delivering maximum results to both local and national companies. He provides full-service, process driven solutions based on in-depth cost savings analysis and alignment strategies tailored to each client's business structure and platform. This client-centric approach allows for transparency, maximal leverage in the marketplace, and consistency across all engagements. Danny brings in the right team of experts for each scenario to ensure he exceeds expectations.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Danny held positions at both Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE. He was able to gain in-depth experience in market research and data analysis, as well as client relationship and transaction management in the industrial and office sectors.
Education
At the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, Danny received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. During his studies, he was also an active member of the Indiana University Real Estate Club.
