Based in Charlotte, Danielle serves as a determined and devoted Associate for the Carolinas retail brokerage team. Danielle focuses on retail tenant representation and agency leasing in the Southeast. In her role, Danielle partners with her team in their efforts to secure new business and help maintains genuine, collaborative relationships with existing clients.
Experience
Danielle has been a member of JLL’s retail brokerage team since March 2020. Danielle is passionate about delivering best-in-class service and valuable insights to Tenant and Landlord Representative Clients.She is currently engaged on varying national, regional and local strategies for her diverse Tenant Representative client roster. Danielle is a valued partner to her Landlord Representation clients by leveraging her robust market knowledge and acumen of national and global retail trends she has gained as an avid follower of retail trends.
Prior to becoming a broker, Danielle gained invaluable experience in multiple brokerage support roles where she diligently learned the market, partnered with highly effective brokers and served as a reliable and trusted resource to her team and clients alike. Previously, Danielle held multiple roles within the Retail industry including merchandising and buying, offering a unique lens on the sector.
