Dan Rose has been with JLL since January 2022. He specializes in Office Building Sales and Leasing, Tenant Representation, Build-to-Suit Development, and Consultant Services in Northeastern Ohio. Dan has spent the last 20 years in the commercial real estate field assisting clients with their real estate needs. With his diverse background as a financial analyst for a commercial real estate mortgage banking firm along with his sales and leasing experience with national commercial brokerage companies and a large commercial real estate developer, Dan applies many of his varied skills to bring knowledge, integrity, and hard work to JLL in all phases of the real estate transaction. Dan is a graduate of Wittenberg University, with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance. Furthermore, he holds a real estate license in the state of Ohio. Dan and his wife Megan live in Rocky River, Ohio with their two children.
