Current Responsibilities
Dan is an Executive Vice President of Brokerage Services at Jones Lang LaSalle’s New Jersey office.  At Jones Lang LaSalle, Dan is responsible for representing tenants in the New Jersey marketplace with their lease negotiations and facility acquisition and dispositions. Dan also provides landlords and tenants with market overviews, financial analysis, and opinions of value.

Experience
Dan began his career at Jones Lang LaSalle in July of 2010. Since joining the firm, Dan has focused his practice on developing and implementing occupancy strategies on behalf of Corporations. Dan is able to use his experience in financial modeling, knowledge of government incentive programs, and fresh perspective on corporate occupancies to aid area tenants in devising and implementing long term strategic plans that drive economic efficiency, operational flexibility, and employee retention/attraction.

He is a member of Jones Lang LaSalle’s High Growth Services Practice group, which works with emerging technology companies, to aid and advise them on how to effectively evaluate and  plan their national/global real estate portfolios. In the past 18 months, Dan has aided firms such as Qudsi, Inc., Marsh McLennan, Advanstar Communications, Tangoe, Inc., Ask.com, and GFK Custom Research.

Education and Affiliations
Dan graduated from Union College in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Political Science. While at Union, Dan was among a group of Engineering and Economics students selected to travel to New Zealand and study renewable energy, and the technical, economic, environmental, sociopolitical and cultural issues in electric power generation and transmission. Dan’s senior thesis in economics examined the determinants of urban economic redevelopment and compared the redevelopment strategies of three post-industrial Upstate New York cities. Dan also held various leadership positions in his fraternity, and he was the President of Union’s golf club. Dan is actively involved with Habitat for Humanity, Special Olympics New Jersey, and The Gordie Foundation
