Current Responsibilities
Dan Santagata is currently a Executive Vice President in JLL's New York City office. As a member of one of the NY market's most active brokerage teams, Dan represents tenants across various industries to plan and execute corporate real estate strategies. Dan's deep market knowledge combined with the broad range of resources at JLL allows for a unique and creative approach to identifying results-driven occupancy solutions including relocation strategies, lease renewals, expansions, dispositions, consolidations, and occupancy cost reductions. Dan plays an integral role in enhancing JLL's market outreach while providing a high level of service to client assignments.

Experience
Dan has nine years of real estate brokerage experience in the New York market, focusing primarily on tenant representation. 

Education and affiliations
Dan graduated magna cum laude from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University with a bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing.

Dan is a licensed real estate broker in the state of New York and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).

Dan takes an active role in a number of industry and charitable organizations. Most notably, Dan is a mentor in New York City's iMentor non-profit organization, a program focused on building mentoring relationships that empower students from low-income communities to graduate high school, succeed in college, and achieve their ambitions.

Dan has been consistently recognized among JLL's top producing brokerage professionals throughout his career.
