Current Responsibilities
As part of Jones Lang LaSalle’s tenant representation team, Mr. Dan Pollard represents corporate and non-profit clients in leasing, site selection/disposition, and build-to-suit projects. His expertise includes financial analysis, lease and contract negotiation, site search and assessment, and finding creative solutions to maximizing value while minimizing occupancy costs for the client. Dan has extensive experience in negotiating leases and purchase/sale contracts. He solves a broad range of real estate problems by understanding the business aspects of a real estate transaction and ensuring that client objectives are achieved and that the transaction supports the business strategy of the client.

Dan Pollard brings many years of extensive experience in negotiating leases and purchase/sales agreements worth in excess of $500 million.
Key Clients
- Cisco Systems, 15,000 SF – Performed in-depth market analysis and research to find several alternatives, and used market knowledge to secure a lease at a new Class A building with a significant improvement allowance as well as lease terms which provide flexibility for expansion and contraction.
- KPMG – Restructuring of existing office lease for expansion in a Class A office building in downtown San Antonio. Restructuring allowed for an above-market improvement allowance without an increase in the existing term.
- Booz Allen Hamilton, 21,000 SF – Restructuring of the existing office lease in a Class A office building in downtown San Antonio. Restructuring allowed for expansion, as well as an extension, while securing below-market rental rates for Booz Allen Hamilton which secured the long-term space needs.
Education
Dan Pollard earned an MBA and Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas A&M University.
Affiliations
Dan serves on the Board of Directors of McAllister Park Little League in San Antonio and enjoys coaching baseball and football.
