Cullen Oesterly is the Industrial Brokerage Lead for the Hawaii market , overseeing all facets of the industry including agency and tenant representation and investment property sales. His work includes the preleasing of new development projects, the negotiation of multiple market transactions and the disposition of assets.
Having a thorough understanding of the Hawaii market, Mr. Oesterly provides a unique depth of commercial real estate experience to his clients. Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Oesterly worked at CBRE, Inc. as a Senior Associate in Industrial Services Division. He has represented owners ranging from family-owned trust properties to institutional portfolios such as the Office of Hawaiian Affairs (OHA) and the RMR Group. Throughout his career he has transacted upwards of 3 million square feet of commercial space with a consideration of more than $120M.
Cullen holds a bachelor of Architecture from University of Southern California. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Hawaii.
