​Current Responsibilities

As a Vice President for JLL’s Hotels and Hospitality Group in Atlanta, Georgia, Courtney Rhue is responsible for performing financial and market due diligence, analysis, valuations and presentations on select and full service portfolios and single assets. Mrs. Rhue has consistently demonstrated the ability to perform multiple concurrent responsibilities in fast-paced settings with a strong attention to detail and emphasis on accuracy and consistency.

Since joining JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group in 2010, Ms. Rhue has played a key role in the sale of numerous hotels and portfolios, including the $800M, 47-property U.S. Upscale Extended Stay Hotel Portfolio; $174 million, 11-Property U.S. Premium Select Service Portfolio; and the $127M, 32-property Lodging Enterprises Portfolio. 

Experience

Prior to joining JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group, Ms. Rhue performed contract work for numerous hotel brokerage firms and hotel companies. Before that, she spent eight years with CB Richard Ellis Hotels (Hotel Partners) where she was a Vice President and managed the hotel division’s Research and Analysis division. Ms. Rhue has also held positions with PKF Consulting and Ernst & Young. 

Education and Affiliations

Ms. Rhue graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate. She holds a state of Georgia real estate salespersons license.
