Based in Stockton, Courtney is a member of the Central Valley Industrial Team. She is focused on creating exceptional outcomes for both occupiers and building owners of industrial real estate. Courtney specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties and plans to leverage the tightly knit networks of leasing professionals for information on market forces, landlord motivations, and tenant movement. Her analytical and creative insights, combined with her strong interpersonal skills, provide further perspective in approaching her clients’ real estate strategy.

Experience

Courtney began her career with CBRE in Downtown San Francisco in 2018 where she worked in the Asset Services sector, administering the operations of a combined 300,000+ SF portfolio comprised of both office and retail tenants. She spent the next 3 years with Research, partnering alongside remote Marketing and Digital & Technology team members on a day-to-day basis to develop and launch a web-based interface aimed at helping clients find real estate strategies that align with their space objectives. While at CBRE, Courtney supported office leasing professionals in the DTSF market by creating, presenting, and providing reports and analysis for both tenants and landlords.

Education and Affilations

Courtney graduated from the University of San Diego, cum laude, in 2017 with a Bachelor of Business degree in both Finance and Real Estate. She was a member of the Varsity Women’s Rowing Team, Student Finance Association, Real Estate Society and on the Executive Committee of Pi Beta Phi Courtney also competed in the CFA Institute Research Challenge in 2017 where she was chosen to represent her University by competing to research and analyze Callaway Golf.
