Professional Experience
Courtney Coleman is a Senior Associate within JLL Houston’s Agency Leasing team, where he has the
responsibility of leasing commercial office assets in the Houston metropolitan area. His primary goals
are to actively support his clients through attracting and retaining tenants, negotiating lease terms, and
leveraging market data and research to make the best real estate decisions.
Prior to joining JLL, Courtney has over a decade of progressive business to business sales and project
management experience. His attentiveness and ability to truly understand his clients’ goals has allowed
him to consistently exceed quotas, negotiate contractual terms and manage key accounts.
