Description
Conor is a Director in JLL’s Southeast Land Investment Advisory Team in Atlanta as well as a member of JLL’s National Single Family Rental Team and is responsible for growing the practice in the southeastern United States. The Land Investment Advisory practice advises corporate and investor clients on land and development transactions, conducts market research, performs financial and development analysis, values land and underutilized assets, and conducts site searches.
Conor also advises Build-To-Rent (BTR) and multi-family developers on land acquisitions, institutional-grade sale transactions, join venture equity, and construction financing. Throughout his career, he has been involved in more than $1.2 billion of capital markets transaction volume.
