As a Senior Managing Director at JLL and leader of the Northwest Technology Solutions Group, Conan Lee provides real estate advisory services to data center, telecommunications, and technology clients throughout the world.
Experience
Conan specializes in a wide variety of disciplines such as leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, valuation, and colocation agreements. Conan is consistently recognized as one of the top performing technology focused real estate advisors in North America. He is the most active agent in the Northwest data center community and his efforts and involvement in the Pacific Northwest have helped shape the marketplace.
His experience outside of the real estate industry includes having served as a Marine Corp Infantry Sergeant and he is also co-owner of a family-run telecommunications corporation, NHTI, Inc.
When Conan is not at work, you will find him skiing, fishing, hiking, or traveling with his family.
