Colton McCasland joined JLL Agency Leasing Team in 2019. He specializes in marketing and leasing office properties throughout Austin for local, regional, and institutional landlords. Utilizing JLL’s extensive platform of resources and having strong local relationships he and the team are able to maximize results for their clients.
Prior to JLL, he had three years of experience in tenant representation providing transaction management and corporate services for his clients. This experience allows him to provide unique insight on what tenants are looking for in office solutions and how they operate overall.
Colton graduated from Texas State University with a BBA in Management and concentration in Entrepreneurial Studies. He is an active board member of the Commercial Brokers Association of Austin (CBA) and member of Urban Land Institute (ULI), Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA) and NAIOP.
Originally from Longview, Colton has spent his entire life in Texas. He lives in Southwest Austin with his wife Megan, daughter Everly, and son Miles, along with their English retriever, Remi. In his spare time, you’ll find him playing golf, tennis, or wakesurfing on Lake Austin.
