Senior Vice President Colette Santana is a retail and leasing specialist on JLL's Central Florida Retail Advisory Services Team. Colette plays an active role in the market, with a demonstrated ability to attract unique tenants on national and local levels.
Experience
Colette's retail expertise is unparalleled with nearly a decade of experience in the Central Florida market. She manages a high-occupancy, 2.8 million-square-foot portfolio for the nation's largest publicly traded owner and operator of grocery-anchored shopping center REIT, Kimco Realty Corp (NYSE: KIM), providing excellent market aptitude across the portfolio's entirety. Her strong track record in tenant representation and business expansion are furthermore testaments to her capability to deliver exceptional results for her clients.
Education and Affiliations
With a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida, she utilizes techniques learned and marketing angles to get the best exposure for her clients and find and attract the best retail concepts and locations.
Colette is not just a licensed real estate agent in Florida but a holder of the coveted Master in Commercial Property (MiCP) designation from The Lipsey Company. She is a proactive professional, actively involved in organizations such as the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Her regular attendance at conferences is a testament to her commitment to staying ahead of market trends and developments, ensuring her clients are always in the know.
