Career summary
Coleman is a Senior Managing Director and Investment Advisory Platform Leader in the Boston office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 20 years of commercial real estate transactional services experience. In addition to overseeing the day-today operations of the Boston office, he is primarily responsible for investment sales advisory transactions, with a focus on office and retail properties. During the course of his career, Coleman has been involved in more than $20 billion in commercial real estate transactions.
Coleman began his career at HFF in January 2001. Before that, he was with The Greenwich Group International, where he was responsible for the overall management of various equity placement and investment advisory assignments in their New York and Hong Kong offices.
