Career summary:
Cole is a Director in the Salt Lake City office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joins JLL as part of the company’s expansion into Utah. Cole is responsible for office and industrial investment advisory transactions in Salt Lake City and throughout the region. Throughout his career, he has provided advisory services for numerous owner operators and private wealth owners of real estate.
Before joining the JLL team, Cole began his brokerage career with Marcus & Millichap as an associate broker working with office and industrial investment sales in Salt Lake City. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Cole worked at PREP Property Group (PREP) on the Investor Relations team where he serviced both HNW and Institutional Clients with investments in PREP’s Net Lease Income and Strategic Investment Funds.
Cole is a graduate of the University of Utah. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time waterskiing on one of Utah’s many reservoirs and taking advantage of all the outdoor activities the state has to offer.
