Current Responsibilities
Cody Manzella is a member of the JLL Office Tenant Representation team. Mr. Manzella provides strategic real estate advisory services to tenants, including lease acquisition and disposition, market and site analysis, transaction structuring, lease negotiation, financial analysis and long-term strategic planning. Operating out of the Orlando office, Mr. Manzella represents small and large corporations throughout the Southeast across a multitude of industries including construction, legal, financial services and technology.
Experience
Being born and raised in Orlando, he has a tremendous passion for the city’s continuous growth. In addition to his dedication for real estate and for exceeding client expectations, Mr. Manzella is an avid Orlando sports fan. You can find him attending Orlando Magic, Orlando City and Orlando Solar Bear games with clients, friends and family throughout each season.
Education and Affiliations
Cody holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Relations from High Point University, while at High Point Cody played NCAA Division I baseball for four (4) years. Cody received a Master of Business Administration degree from Rollins College – Crummer Graduate School of Business.
