Cliff Taylor co-leads the North Florida Multifamily Investment team alongside Joe Ayers. Mr. Taylor has been in investment sales practice since 2003 and is active in markets throughout the southeast and licensed in Florida, Georgia and Alabama. Throughout his career, he has represented REITs, hedge funds, private equity firms, private syndicators, developers and individual investors. Cliff has been involved in hundreds of transactions totaling nearly $5 billion in value.
Mr. Taylor has served on the Advisory Board of the Berstrom Center for Real Estate Studies at the University of Florida since 2012 and was the recent Chairman of the Center’s Advisory Board. In addition to holding a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida, he also has completed professional education courses at both The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Mr. Taylor resides in Jacksonville with his family.
