Clayton Ross is a Vice President in the New York office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas, and a member of JLL’s National Loan Sales team. He has more than six years of experience in the commercial real estate industry across disciplines, including asset management and advisory, and is currently responsible for executing loan sales and debt placement nationwide.
Clayton has completed over $1.5 billion in successful transactions including loan sales (senior, mezzanine, and preferred equity positions), debt financing, and investment sales. Before starting at JLL in June 2019, Clayton was in Asset Management at Thor Equities.
Clayton graduated from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, in 2017 with a B.S. in Business Administration and is currently working on his MBA at Fordham University.
