Clayton Ross is a Director in the New York office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas, where he focuses on loan sales and facility financing. He has more than six years of experience in the commercial real estate industry across disciplines, including asset management and advisory.
Clayton has completed over $3.7 billion in successful transactions including loan sales (senior, mezzanine, and preferred equity positions), debt financing, and investment sales. Before starting at JLL in 2019, Clayton was in asset Management at Thor Equities and has also previously held positions at The Beach Company in Charleston, SC.
Clayton holds a B.S. in Business Administration from The Citadel and an MBA with a concentration in Finance and from Fordham University..
