Clark Bauer is a Brokerage Vice President for the Data Center Solution’s Group at Jones Lang LaSalle in Phoenix, AZ. In his position, Clark is responsible for identifying new data center clients, preparing and updating marketing documents, market data, strategizing, and coordinating with external agencies. Clark has specialized in the data center industry since starting with JLL in 2021. His relationships with operators and knowledge of the market and data center industry makes him a top tier advisor for all data center related projects.
Before joining JLL, Clark was an undergraduate student in the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University where he studied Business Managment with an additional focus on data analytics. Clark is also a member of the Arizona Chapters of NAIOP and a supporting board member for 7x24 Exchange.
