Career summary

Christopher is a Senior Managing Director and co-head of the New York office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and serves a wide variety of institutional and entrepreneurial clients with a particular focus on debt placement and joint venture equity transactions on a national scale.


The New York office closes in excess of $15 billion in transactions annually. Chris and his partners work across the capital stack to secure financing solutions for all product types, including office, multi-housing, industrial, retail, and alternative asset classes. Transaction volumes range in size from $10 million to more than $1 billion in total capitalization, while assignments range in profile from complex joint venture equity placement to core long-term financing.

Christopher started at HFF in 2012 from The Durst Organization, where he focused on acquisitions and development in the New York City market. While there, he was involved in the development and leasing of the Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park, the equity recapitalization of One World Trade Center, acquisition efforts and leasing initiatives for the 10 million-square-foot office portfolio. During his tenure at Durst, he supported a collective value in excess of $3.5 billion.

Christopher lives in Riverside, CT with his wife and two daughters.
