Chris specializes in leasing, acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate in the suburban Philadelphia market with an emphasis on Chester and Delaware counties.
Experience
Chris has over six years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He continues to focus on building his current professional relationships, while working to expand the company’s presence in the greater Philadelphia suburban office market.
Chris’ professional experience includes financial analysis, lease negotiations, tenant relocation, and strategic planning and implementation.
His experience and in-depth knowledge of the local trends and existing market conditions allow him to structure the most advantageous and profitable transactions on behalf of his clients. Chris has completed transactions totaling over 750,000 square feet in the Philadelphia Suburban Market.

Chris graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
