Career Summary
Christopher is a managing director in the New York office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joins JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 15 years of experience in investment banking and fixed income capital markets. He started at HFF in March 2017 upon their acquisition of Hentschel & Company. Over the course of his career, Christopher has completed more than $65 billion of transactions.
Before joining Hentschel & Company, Christopher worked as a director at Gleacher & Company, where he executed M&A transactions for public and private real estate companies. Prior to that, he spent five years in Citigroup's Real Estate & Lodging Investment Banking Group participating in M&A advisory and capital markets transactions, including IPOs led by Citigroup. He began his career at Bank of America, where he worked in the fixed income capital markets division.
His property sector experience includes office, industrial, hospitality, multifamily, single family rental, timeshare, student housing, real estate service companies, specialty finance, and mortgage REITs.
