Description:
Chris Musselman is a Director in the Denver office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. Chris joined JLL in 2024. Prior to joining JLL, he worked for Lokal Homes. While at Lokal Homes, Chris focused on the acquisition and capitalization of over $2B in multifamily for-rent and residential for-sale development opportunities throughout Colorado.
Chris leads the Land and Development Services business in Colorado where he is responsible for identifying ground up development opportunities in Colorado and the greater Rocky Mountain Region.
Chris is a Denver native and received his MBA from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver in 2024. Chris received his BA from the Leeds School of Business at CU Boulder.
