Chris DiSalle brings more than 20 years of extensive real estate and finance experience based on a background of developing and implementing large, complex portfolio strategies for a multitude of users. With over $1 billion transactions, Chris has extensive knowledge of the economic and financial statement impacts of various real estate deal structures and financing techniques. He applies such knowledge to create opportunities for his clients.
Prior to JLL, Chris was Vice President at Welltower (WELL) where he handled complex dispositions for a 17MM SF Medical Office Portfolio, As leader within their Asset Management team, Chris helped create the most admired MOB portfolio in the industry. Chris has found a niche advising institutional owners about the market and helping them to create strategies related to their corporate real estate.
Chris is a graduate of the Ohio State University, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He received the CoStar Power Broker Award from 2006-2008 and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
