Current Responsibilities
Chris is a Managing Director and Co-lead for the JLL Suburban Agency Leasing team, specializing in working with landlords and corporations to establish and implement successful real estate marketing and leasing strategies. By focusing primarily in the Suburban office market, Chris’ excellent market knowledge makes him a valuable resource to his clients. Chris offers solutions to get his clients the best value and highest returns on their leasing portfolio. Chris is in for the long-term to add and protect the value of their portfolio throughout the entire investment cycle.
Experience
Chris has been in the commercial real estate industry for 24 years. During his career, he has been involved in over 15 million square feet of leases throughout the Chicago suburbs and has helped several companies with their entire real estate portfolio. Before joining JLL, Chris spent 6 years with Cushman & Wakefield, 4 years with CBRE, followed by 10 years as a Principal at Colliers International. He has earned several top awards and recognition in the industry including top producer at both Colliers and Cushman & Wakefield.
