Current Responsibilities
Mr. Conklin is a Senior Vice President of brokerage services at JLL’s New Jersey office. Mr. Conklin’s responsibilities include new business development with a primary focus on market research, financial analysis, site and facility acquisition and disposition and lease negotiations. He has more than ten years of experience and his clients include Pinnacle Foods Inc., Trane U.S. Inc., Clough Harbour & Associates LLP, Resources Global Professionals (RGP), Ayco Company L.P. and Atlantic Container Lines (ACL). Mr. Conklin has also successfully completed projects on behalf of Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., Intuit Inc., Level 3 Communications, Guardian Life Insurance Company of America and Great American Insurance Group.
Experience
Mr. Conklin began his career at JLL in July of 2008 due to its merger with The Staubach Company.
Prior to joining JLL he was a senior associate of The Staubach Company’s New Jersey office, where he focused primarily on new business initiatives while providing clients expertise in site selection, lease negotiations, acquisitions and dispositions. In 2008 and 2011, Mr. Conklin was recognized as one of JLL’s top achievers and in 2006 was he was named Staubach New Jersey’s most improved broker. Mr. Conklin was recognized in 2007 as one of Real Estate New Jersey’s “30 under 30.”
Education and Affiliations
Mr. Conklin graduated from Hobart College in Geneva, New York with a bachelor of arts degree in English. In addition to working and residing in Morris County, NJ Mr. Conklin is a member of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Conklin also serves on the board for the Medical Needs Foundation, an organization committed to providing financial assistance to individuals and families facing overwhelming expenses due to chronic or catastrophic illnesses. He has served as the chair for their Spirit 5K Run/Walk fundraiser.
