Career summary
Chris is a Senior Managing Director and co-head of the Boston office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas and is a co-leader of the firm's national retail group. He is an advisor to institutional clients for both public and private acquisition and disposition services and provides strategic guidance. Prior to joining JLL, Chris spent 17 years at CBRE heading the Capital Markets team in Boston. He was also a member of CBRE’s Institutional Group and a founding member of the National Retail Investment Group.
Chris oversees a team across the country that focuses on the sale of institutional quality retail, high street, mixed-use, malls and portfolios. Over the course of his career, Chris and his team have completed the sale of over 400 properties valued
at over $10 billion.
