Current responsibilities:
Trey Porter serves as a Director of JLL Value and Risk Advisory in Columbus, performing various appraisal and consulting services for commercial lending, portfolio management, and tax appeal purposes throughout the state of Ohio and surrounding states.
Experience:
Mr. Porter’s past experiences include The Charles R. Porter Company, Cushman and Wakefield, and as owner of Porter Valuation Group, LLC. Mr. Porter has worked in the commercial real estate appraisal industry since 2000. His background includes the valuation of real property for a wide variety of property types including industrial, office, retail, golf and leisure, hospitality and other various special use facilities. Mr. Porter has worked with a variety of clients for various purposes including mortgage lending, eminent domain, brownfield redevelopment grants, insurance purposes, mortgage lending, asset management, and estate planning. In addition to Mr. Porter’s appraisal and advisory roles, he has provided testimony in a variety of litigation, board of revision and board of tax appeal proceedings.
