Current Responsibilities:
Charles Fisher leads Risk Analytics for America’s Risk Advisory business. In this role, he engages with global lenders and institutional owners to assess risk in their global portfolios using artificial intelligence and proprietary JLL technology. Charles also assists Value & Risk Advisory leadership on global business strategy, operations, and non-Americas engagements.
Risk Advisory provides lenders and institutional owners with automated valuation models (AVMs) and risk analytics to monitor their CRE portfolio in real time to balance risk and opportunity. Clients use deliverables as inputs to perform market and sector research, benchmark performance against competitors, inform decision-making, complement existing risk or management processes, and align with regulatory requirements on collateral monitoring.
Experience:
A tenured JLL veteran, Charles has always worked at the intersection of technology and real estate. While working in JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality, he built their global valuation model and other leading technology tools before moving to Singapore and London for a global capital markets technology role. In 2020, he moved into Value & Risk Advisory to assist in the creation of the Risk Advisory business line and development of Risk Analytics capabilities.
