Current responsibilities:
Chanda Chann is Senior Vice President, Americas and additionally provides all aspects of the evaluation, negotiation, and successful delivery of real estate services.
She brings decades of vast industry experience in business development, property management to full-service sales and leasing. Chanda utilizes her resources and technology experience to effectively advise and support JLL clients with industry and market specific information as it relates to their business.
Experience:
As the former Senior Property Manager at JLL, Chanda’s in-depth expertise and ability to facilitate meetings with brokers, lenders, architects, engineers, and property managers to ensure timely project completion. She harnesses cultivation and management of multiple account portfolios. She adapts readily to new work challenges and industry conditions. She can negotiate favorable lease terms and rates for each client. Chanda has demonstrated success in a supervisory role as a team leader overseeing commercial transactions. Most recently, Chanda added residential transactions to her experience and worked with commercial and residential property clients, guiding all stages of the transaction to consistently generate an average of more than $3 million in sales annually.
Education and qualifications:
Chanda serves on several industry organizations which includes being on the Board of Directors for Certified Commercial Investment Management (CCIM), the Leadership Committee for Hampton Roads Association of Commercial Realtors (HRACRE), and Vice Chair of Hampton Roads Realtors Association (HRRA). She also works for non-profit organizations like Inner Peace Coalition and Maximize Bootcamp to provide entrepreneurs and small businesses educational series on commercial investments.
Chanda earned a Bachelor of Arts with focus on Management in 2013 and Master of Business Administration with focus on Marketing in 2015, both from American Military University. She is also a proud alumni and student ambassador.
