Current Responsibilities:

Chad is an Executive Managing Director for JLL (Fortune #187) and a West Coast Leader of their Life Science Practice Group focused on providing real estate solutions for the life sciences community. Through a teamwork approach the team crafts creative, innovative solutions that provide clients a comprehensive and competitive advantage in solving real estate challenges. The teams focus includes Landlord Representation, Corporate Tenant Representation, Investment Services, Portfolio Review and in-depth Market Analysis utilizing cutting edge data analytics and tax strategies. Clients range from significant multi-national corporations to large public REIT’s who require expert counsel in managing their real estate portfolio.

Education and Affiliations:

Chad attended and graduated from Point Loma Nazarene with a BA in Business Administration. He has been actively involved in the Baja Challenge in Tijuana, Mexico for six years, helping to build homes for the less fortunate and helping raise funds with which to do so (each home built requires $5k to cover the cost of materials). He dedicates not just financial resources but also time for a variety of other organizations as well. He has supported the Boy’s and Girl’s Club through financial donations and is involved with the schools of his four children. Chad is also actively involved in San Diego Squared (SD2) – a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing diversity in STEM by connecting underrepresented students with the access to education, mentorship and the resources they need to lead the talent pipeline.
