Chad Morgan is a director in the Los Angeles office of JLL Capital Markets. He is primarily responsible for the origination and execution of both debt and equity placement transactions for all property types throughout the United States.
Since joining the firm in August 2020, Chad has been involved in the successful placement of over $7+ billion of debt and equity capital across 100+ transactions.
