Current Responsibilities

Chad specializes in providing advisory services for the relocation, renewal, expansion or disposition of real estate assets for corporate real estate users in North America. These strategies almost always lead to transformational change within the organization, in part due to providing consistently excellent delivery of in service across all business lines, industries and geographies. Moreover, all concessions negotiated for his clients in the form of savings and cost avoidance are calculated following the completion of each transaction to ensure measurable value has been created through the implementation and execution of his strategies. Chad specializes in tenant representation, strategy development, relocation, renewal, expansion and disposition, strategic consulting for merger and acquisition activities, corporate re-structuring for real estate portfolios, energy-related entities and law firms.

Experience

Chad brings more than 22 years of experience to the corporate facilities planning and relocation process and has successfully negotiated over 697 transactions totaling $3 billion in client obligations and commitments. His unique team comprised of Matt Sanderson and Amanda Sanderson prioritize ethics and relationships, plus results. Furthermore, he is committed to mentoring young professionals and serves as an official JLL mentor locally and nationally.
