Biography
Carlye Parker joined JLL in 2019 as a member of JLL’s Landlord Representation Team in San Francisco. She and her team have negotiated leases for a range of major institutionally-owned, Class A office buildings in the San Francisco Bay Area. Carlye has a strong interest and vast experience in development and re-development projects and has implemented several unique asset strategy programs. A few of her recent noteworthy projects include the redevelopment of the iconic Transamerica Pyramid Center and successfully leasing up the entirety of the Letterman Digital Arts Center, which was 100% leased as of late 2021. Carlye has a passion for complex projects and attention to detail, which she mastered in her previous roll with Adobe Systems, where she was strategically planning & implementing international marketing and events programs.
