Cannon is a Executive Vice President for JLL in the Fort Worth office, specializing in office leasing and tenant representation for Tarrant County. He is skilled in lease negotiations, financial analysis, site selection, acquisitions and dispositions. He possesses strong analytical skills and market knowledge that lead to beneficial savings in time and money for his clients.
Experience
Cannon has 15 years of experience in the Tarrant County Real Estate market. Cannon has been involved in transactions with Luther King Capital Management, Cassco Develeopment & Clearfork, Smith & Nephew, Lhoist North America, Frost Bank, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, BB&T Bank, Sabre, Chesapeake Energy, BNSF Railway Company, Grand Prairie ISD, Texas Health Resources, Lockheed Martin and others.
Education and Affiliations
Cannon received his J.D. from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in 2010, and graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelors of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management in 2007. He has served as a board member for the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth, The Chairman of the Real Estate Forecast Committee and is a committee member of The Stephen McDaniel Memorial Fund, a charity organization providing scholarships to TCU students and donations to other local charities.
