Current Responsibilities
Candy is a Transaction Manager in Corporate Solutions at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) on the Morgan Stanley (MS) account. She supports the client’s Corporate Services Real Estate Management Team in managing their Americas real estate portfolios, comprising over 600 institutional and retail locations with over 16 MM square feet, as well as their Enterprise Data Center Portfolio, consisting of approximately 600K SF of leased data center facilities. Since joining the MS account in 2017, she has executed over 1MM SF of transactions, and assisted in all aspects of the transaction life cycle.
Candy’s responsibilities include identification of opportunities for cost savings and risk minimization; oversight and coordination of field brokerage services; management and implementation of technology solutions to streamline workflows; Mentors and supervises junior team members in production of client approval documents, client relationship management, and day-to-day operations for the account.
Experience
Candy has over a decade of diverse experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining JLL, she worked at Savills (formerly Savills-Studley) as a Graphics Manager for the New York Brokerage and Consulting Group. During her six years with the firm, as one of the lead designers, she was responsible for the branding and design of presentations and marketing materials, and oversaw the New York design team.
